How long will it take to get my Science Tyke Gear?

Products take 7-14 days to reach you after you place your order. It may seem like a long wait, but we promise that it will be worth it!

Return Policy

Science Tyke gear should satisfy you 100%, so if it doesn't, we want to make it right.

Our return policy is available for 14 days after receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Sometimes a product arrives and it is not printed correctly or may not be what you ordered. We replace items free of charge if they are defective or damaged on receipt.


How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address as labeled on the package. Email us within 14 days to initiate the return process at sciencetyke@gmail.com and we will send you the return address. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was poorly or incorrectly printed.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and to update you on the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note, we do not refund shipping costs for refunds.


Exchanges

Sometimes a product arrives and it is not printed correctly or may not be what you ordered. We replace items free of charge if they are defective or damaged on receipt. If you need to exchange an item for these reasons, send us an email at sciencetyke@gmail.com.

If you would like to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase or to exchange a size, or if your item did not reach because you provided an incorrect address, we are happy to help you get the product you would like. Please note, we do not refund shipping costs in these cases.

If you are shipping items over $75 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
